IHOP - Milford

The service is super nice, place is nicely put together. the food is delicous, i got cinnabun crepes, they are a little too sweet and it gave me diarrhea for like 3 days ?

Skeleton crew but very efficient great job ??Dietary restrictions: So happy I'm getting great tasting gluten free pancakes ? sugar free syrup great omelets spinach n mushroom ? yummmm

The entire restaurant had one poor girl for all of the front of house, including seating, taking orders, running food and bus tables. The only other person working was the manager cooking. The waitress was cool and handled the dinner rush impressively.

We come in and weren’t met with a hello or anything. They weren’t busy. First thing we hear from any employee are 2 waitresses complaining about another giving the wrong order to a customer because she’s “blind”. The person whose order was given to the wrong person was still waiting for his food when we left. The waitress whose area we were placed in talked to us maybe 2 times and had an attitude with us from the moment we sat down. We left a tip based on her service. As we walk away she says “wow”. She’s lucky she got a tip. I asked for a small chocolate milk for my kid and she got one even smaller than that. Bob Evans pancakes are better than this place. All of our food items were cold. We couldn’t even say anything to anyone because no one asked “is everything okay?”. Tables were left empty with trash and plates on them for 15-20 minutes after the people left.

I just went to have a family breakfast with my family and usually I don't complain about service . I know what servers go through, as I was one . However from the time we ordered our drinks I knew our time there was going to be quite frustrating.All of our drinks were wrong except one. However we chose not to say anything because I told my family how hard the servers have it especially on Sundays .When we got our food my whole order was wrong . When I finally did get my order the toppings were wrong . When I asked her to send it back they just scraped the toppings off and put cheese on the top without melting it and brought it back.I was feeling very frustrated at this time because my kids were still missing half their items and so was I . I finally asked about my crepes as I was finishing my omelet. When she got to my table I could tell by how cold everything was that they had been sitting for quite a while.I was very disappointed today at IHOP
