Red Chillies. The Malabar Cuisine.

My wife and I had our wedding reception catered by Red Chillies because we wanted my family to be able to try Kerala food. We were so happy with the food! The kappa and fish curry was everyone’s favorite. The biriyani was great and had plenty of chicken. Each dish actually was perfect. People loved it and Joshy was a pleasure to communicate with while planning the menu and coordinating pick up. Highly recommend!

The lady who works here is very good. We were talking about if we had extra rice it would be great. She listened and brought it to us for free. She understands what customers need. Food was great . Ghee goat biryani tasted superb

I used Red Chillies to cater my daughter's birthday for 50 guests. I have to say the food was absolutely fantastic! The parottas were perfectly flaky and the curries were just the right amount of spice and abundant with flavor. The party guests really enjoyed it and the quantity of food was very generous. Payment options were convenient. Couple that with timely delivery and excellent customer service from Mr. Joshy , this turned out to be an excellent experience. Mr Joshy even helped us to set the the buffet up for my guests ! I would really recommend using them for catering services if you are looking at serving Malabar food
