Tim Hortons - Montréal

Worst Tim's I've ever been. Atmosphere is sketchy. Staff are snobby. After buying my coffee, I went to the washroom but was closed for cleaning(so the sign says). I stood there and waited for 20 mins while the staff just looked. When I asked how much longer they said its closed. How can you sell coffee and not provide washroom courtesy? I don't believe both male and female washrooms are out of order. They are happy to take the money of the high volume of customers but they would not give washroom service. Unacceptable! It should be a violation for an establishment to serve food and not provide washrooms.

It was terrible first of all, the staff were so slow when there were barely any customer's and I took a vanilla latte with whipped cream and chocolate syrup but she didn't even add that I had to ask but she still didn't add the chocolate syrup and potato wedges were also not good it was cold and it tasted stale it was the worst Tim Horton branch I ever visited. I will surely never come back to this branch.

Timbits! How could you not love them ?. I swear I brought some but they did not make it long enough to be able to make a picture.

I hate to give it one star, but when you say you're open at 530am, you should be open. Drove there today and many people were waiting outside at 535 and it was still closed. Unacceptable. If you don't like your job then quit and let someone more responsible open on time

They don’t have the bread for grill cheese at 11 AM in the morning which is very much a regular item people order . I order I paid and even ask the person who makes it not to cut the bread and after 4-5 later they tell me no grill cheese bread . This was my first visit to this Tim Horton and possibly the last too . As the first expression was not great .
