Just plain out disgusting humans, how can you treat a human like that someone who fought for this country for people like them to be here. Your food is always cold and disgusting every waitress has and attitude and they can not even fill a cup without an attitude the health department needs to shut this place down absolute disgusting I WILL NEVER RETURN!

Absolutely HORRIBLE!! The food on the buffet is always cold! Staff is the rudest I’ve ever encountered! Worked with the public all my life and wouldn’t ever go back to eat here if I was starving for Chinese. These people don’t even deserve $1 for how they treat the public. They also watch you like a hawk whenever you go to the buffet

The food is almost never fresh. The servers are rude and not polite. The atmosphere is too hot and dark and never enjoyable. You would have better service at mcdonalds than here.

The experience me and my friends had here yesterday was less than sub par. The food was cold, mushy and tasted like it had been in the warmer for hours. The staff were rude and barely spoke a word to any of us, asked us what drinks we wanted then didn't speak a word for the rest of the night until we paid and left. I am also decently sure all 3 of us got some form of minor food poisoning as we've all felt sickly after eating here. If you're visiting Moorefield and want somewhere to eat you'd get better service and food and the McDonalds next door.
