I absolutely love dining here, especially for breakfast! The service is excellent—everyone is friendly and attentive, and the food is always hot and fresh. It's affordably priced, and the quality is outstanding; it feels just like a home-cooked meal!

I waited in the drive-thru for over 15 minutes, and when I finally received my food, it was cold. I didn’t want to waste any more time complaining. The woman who handed me my bag seemed fully aware of how long my food had been sitting there, yet she presented it like it was fresh—offering me hot fries and a hot grilled cheese sandwich. But that was far from the truth; it looked like cold leftovers from the day before. It wasn’t that they were leftovers, but rather that they had been neglected on a cold counter away from the heat lamps. That’s fine, but I won’t be returning. My kids enjoy this place, but they can only go at their own risk and expense. This isn’t the first, second, or even third time I’ve had a similar experience here. I refuse to pay for disappointment and frustration. This location is now permanently off my list. Peace.

Went through the drive-thru ordered fried chicken tenders girl repeated it back. Got home grilled chicken so small that they were like smaller than your finger pitiful.

Very, very unhappy with this location. We ordered two meals. Both came with fries that were cold. My sister's chicken tenders were ok. I, however, ordered a burger and asked for no may and no tomato. The girl who took the order asked to repeat and we clarified the request, she said she had it but when I got my order and went to eat it after leaving I had ONLY tomato and mayo on my burger. It also took us 15 minutes to get through the line with only three cars in front of us. The Jerry J's in both Waycross and Blackshear have never given me wrong food or taken so long, outside the 6-7am morning rush.

The customer service was awesome. The food was delicious. The backyard burger was the best burger I have had in a long time. Thank you for a great experience. We will definitely be back.
