Contribuisci feedbackThis location is very disappointing. As someone who has managed a Dunkin' Donuts, I know that errors can occur, but my experience here was unacceptable. They completely messed up my cappuccino and left out two bagels and my two donuts. When I called to report the issue, they instructed me to contact DoorDash to have them resend my original order. Unfortunately, that didn’t go as planned. DoorDash only delivered two bagels and another incorrect cappuccino, along with a muffin. I'm still missing the bagels and donuts.
I stopped by to get my usual coffee and, as expected, there was a new trainee taking orders. He seemed a bit overwhelmed, trying to juggle my order along with one he was already handling. After receiving my drink, I returned to work, but when I took a sip at my destination, I realized my order was wrong. I tried to drink it, but I was really unhappy with how it was prepared. Unfortunately, I couldn’t go back immediately, so I waited until my lunch break to bring the leftover coffee back. I explained my situation to both the clerk and the manager, but I was met with an attitude that suggested I was in the wrong for wanting my coffee done correctly. Given that we pay premium prices for their coffee, I believe there is a need for improvement in their customer service, starting with better training and more appreciation from management.
