Chipotle Mexican Grill

It was my first time trying Chipotle, but I was so disappointed and disgusted by the food quality and service. I went in last Wednesday and the employees were so rude to me. If I had gone in without my friend, I would've had an anxiety attack. The employee was on register and she was being so mean and kept telling me off and gave me her wholelife story, when I clearly apologized and my friend made it clear it was my first time.The lady gave me so much attitude over simply ordering a kids meal for my little sister. I find it shocking how rude she was, because even I (as a fast food employee) have never been so disrespectful to the customers over a simple mistake. If I'm going to be rude to my customers, I might as well not work in the food industry. That tone is simply unacceptable. Everyone talks about how horrible this location is, too.They surely did live up to the rumors.

Absolutely filthy! Men’s bathroom is gross, trash and food on every table, water dripping from kitchen, no silverware, etc.Super gross and didn’t have most food.

I did not make it pass the first employee at the serving station.He was very rude to the customer being served before me.The customer asked him a few questions about the items ' spice level and if it was chicken or beef. His answers were, I don 't know.He proceeded to send her bowl with only rice, and the chicken down the line. Her order was not complete, so the end guy had to take the top off of her bowl to send it back down to the first guy.As the bowl came back to him, he gave a not so pleasant look and said, Oh my God. With that expression, there was no way he would be fixing my food or receiving my business. Wendy 's here I come!!

Not clean. Some food looked old and cold. Employee kept saying they were out of everything we asked for(cilantro, vinegrette, and Chipotle smoked sauce).

The restaurant was filthy. Drink, condiment area was gross. Trash was overflowing.
