Little Caesars Pizza - New Braunfels

This place is absolutely the worst! I went to pick up my online order and found two customers ahead of me in line. The staff member attended to them, handling the register, credit cards, receipts, and more, and then proceeded to prepare a pepperoni cake without washing his hands or wearing gloves. I was completely shocked! It was incredibly disgusting. This was our first visit, and we will never return!

Overall, I was disappointed with the service. There were two cash registers, but the staff seemed unhelpful. I didn't receive assistance, and there was no apology for the long wait on my order. While the pizza was fresh, the staff's attitude and the wait time really affected my experience.

This is the hands down the WORST small stoppers in the history of the small stoppers. They have had a bad experience here before they decided to give another attempt as there is under new management. I placed my order at 4:45 for a 6:00 pickup. At 6:35 a.m. did they come? over ta put it in the oven.? Do you have a refund and aren't you back?

The manager and cashier were arguing. The staff was arguing about the orders in front of customers. It was awkward, the pizza came out good though.

Try to place an order and they never pick up the phone I have a baby I would love to just be able to place an order over the phone get off once not 2 times . My old location was a drive through and they were the best . If it wasn?t in San Antonio I would drive all the way there to get my pizza bc this location is the worse they weren?t even that busy one person inside? they didn?t even say I?m so sorry nothing ?
