Jersey Mike's Subs - NEW HARTFORD

I can 't believe how incredibly rude and obnoxious the employees are at this location. I have always loved JM 's but I will not be coming back here until things change. I have already placed a complaint to corporate and my husband is meeting with law enforcement...YES LAW ENFORCEMENT because when he went in to try to talk to someone about an incorrect order he was met with a camera phone in his face from and employee who was threatening him and filming him without consent. Oh, and the manager did absolutely nothing other than make excuses about not being able to find better help. I 'm sorry but this is inexcusable...The food is typically good from this franchise and it 's a freaking shame because this location is doing the brand a major disservice.

My coworkers order, the big Kahuna chicken cheese steak in a bowl. Looks half eaten and was NOT good. Very disapppinted! She will not be ordering from here again.

Stopped in last night.. waited at least 20 minutes for 3 regular 6” subs that were $37 (1 person in front of us). Got home and realized 1 of the subs (from the grill) had the wrong meat. They tasted ok, nothing special.Went to the restroom while there, was no soap or hand towels in the men’s room. Not a good atmosphere in there at all either, only advice I can give about this place is STAY AWAY! At least this (New Hartford) location

The place was definitely short staffed and the workers were rude, using swear words in front of children and on their phones. Waited a half hour and subs were still still not ready. Workers also refused to give a refund. Will never go here again. Save your money and go someplace else. This place is terrible. The food is garbage. The workers are terrible, rude, and unprofessional. Just look at the other reviews. Hopefully this place goes out of business.
