I asked this question twice, but the judge ignored me both times. When the restitution amount was determined, I commented that if I chose not to accept that option, I would be liable for the full fine and restitution. Instead of answering, he simply declared me guilty and said I was responsible. It was clear that asking him questions was seen as bothersome. He claimed that anyone would jump at the chance to pay restitution, as if he was doing me a favor. However, I’m not everyone, and I refuse to accept guilt for something I didn't do. Both the judge and the police officer seemed to be colluding, treating the situation as if it were no big deal. I wonder how many people are convicted simply for asking questions. It must be nice for them to impose guilty verdicts so easily.
In my humble opinion, from a spiritual perspective: God is truly wonderful for having placed good people—like judges—on this Earth to help uncover the truth. All praise be to God, and thank you, Judge N.H. PA.
The judge was outstanding and incredibly fair!
I appreciate our police and judicial system
