Contribuisci feedbackThe restaurant was clean, and the process was straightforward; I was in and out in no time. I was warmly greeted with a smile, and they had the roasted veggies that I love. My salad was made to perfection. I enjoyed my experience at this Chipotle location and will definitely return. I highly recommend it!
Unfortunately, I have to give this restaurant a 3-star rating. The food was good, but the service left much to be desired. The disappointing part is that not everyone on staff was unhelpful; it was just one young woman who had a rude attitude. She handled my food carelessly, practically tossing my burrito into the bag as if it were something undesirable.
We had a frustrating experience with the online service. They mixed up one of our orders and made all the subsequent orders the same, instead of what we had selected in the app. Since we were in Newark, ordering through the app meant we had to pay for parking, which ended up costing us five times more than we anticipated. To make matters worse, our food was delivered 10 minutes late for no apparent reason, especially since the place was empty when we arrived. They really need to improve their service.
Had an experience that will keep me sometime. I ordered here, and when I took a bite in my burrito, I found a live beetle in my food. it was crawling and everything. also the rest of the day has tormented. I also went to the app to ask to be contacted by a representative personally to discuss my experience, but it is now almost a month without answer.
They need to pay attention! Today I picked up my lunch and got all the way back to my office and realized that they put a bunch of things on my burrito that I did not ask for!!
