Sonic Drive-in - Nixa

I ordered a Brioche Bacon sandwich. I've already ordered this and they're generally delicious. this time not so much. as you can see from the picture was the speck black. like any person serving food, thought that this was appropriate is beyond me. I couldn't even eat it without speck, because the egg and the bread melted like burned speck fat.

The food was absolutely terrible. Today they were running a special on their foot long silly dogs and I got two of those fries hot and everything was ice cold they made us wait for a drink and I'm sure our stuff got cold while we were waiting for a drink. I will not eat here again

As you can see from the photo below we were given the core of a head of lettuce on both of our sandwiches. The tater tot‘s look like they were about half done. We also received a sweet tea even though the app receipt very clearly states an unsweet was ordered. Very disappointed. I understand staffing shortages and weather, but if this is the best we can do in these circumstances maybe we should reconsider.

I ordered 2 chicken strip meals and my chicken strips were a greyish color and looked like they had been cooked hours prior. I dared to taste them and yes, they were as bad as they looked. The fries were cold too. I used to love this sonic but it has gone downhill

Needless to say I wish I could give less than a one star. I don’t think I’ve EVER gotten what I ordered and don’t even get me started on how long that cold food takes to get to me. The food has the consistency and taste of play-doh. Never going there again. If you value your lives and the lives of your loved ones never go to this location.
