I always come here for the best burgers and milkshake this is a place to go and enjoy

Nice staff but had a 40 dollar order that was made completely wrong, all we requested was no mayo I ended getting something totally different, just needs to pay attention to detail

We went in for some fries at 11am which was right before the lunch rush began. It took a little longer than expected even though I know that they cook them fresh. As we ate them, I realized that most of them were hard while several were quite dark. I'm not particularly a fan. It would have been nice to get some different fries, but I didn't have time to say anything.

It should be well done burgers but this was the first time my burger was pink. Also fries were soggy.

It’s crazy how seasoning is so hard. Sure, cleanliness, inventory, staffing, all those things are hard, but if you can’t season your food, what is the point to your existence? My burger just tasted like meat. Just plain unseasoned burger meat. Fries were salted well so clearly they didn’t run out. Oh and $17 for burger and fries, NO DRINK. Insane. It’s got to be the best burger in Pittsburgh at that price.
