Domino's Pizza - Northfield

The dude was cool. We were all extremely drunk and just wanted to buy anything but the guy took the time to explain some good deals to us. Nice experience

Zero stars. GM arrogant, rude, and has a lack of customer service and problem solving skills. Jacob, the general manager should understand that dealing with issues that arise due to his staff's lack of training and miscommunication is part of hisjob. Jacob needs additional training on how to handle customer service issues. His approach is unprofessional and abrupt andgives Domino's a bad name. B&L Pizza was amazing!

I ordered a no-contact pizza delivery using the Domino’s app around 4:20 PM. I received a prompt notification that my pizza was baking, followed by another message indicating that the delivery driver, Guilloma, had left the store and was in my neighborhood. However, after waiting for a considerable time, the doorbell never rang. I then noticed his car heading back to the store. When I called, I found out that Guilloma had returned. He insisted he had delivered the pizza to my house, but I never received it. It was clear he must have delivered it to the wrong address. I’m disappointed with the management and the delivery service. Be cautious!

I visited this restaurant yesterday, Monday 8/15/22, and ordered a salad, pizza, and wings. It was the most awful meal I've ever had. The pizza was stale, the cheese tasted off, the wings were inedible, and the salad was just plain lettuce. To make matters worse, the staff was rude when I requested a refund. The person making the pizza even argued with me about how they were short-staffed. After some persistence, I finally managed to get my refund. This place is disgusting! I would recommend avoiding it at all costs!

I usually enjoy Domino's pizza, but I won't be ordering from this location again. Last night was the last straw. I ordered three pizzas, and one of them was completely covered in salt! The other two were fine, but it seemed like someone thought it was funny to let the kid with Parkinson's handle the salt shaker. It was absolutely terrible. I waited an hour and a half for my pizza due to staff shortages, and this is what I got in return. I'm done with this location. If you're looking for a good Domino's, I recommend going to the New Market location if you can. I ended up tossing the pizza in the trash along with their phone number and any chance of future business.
