Sbarro - Novi

The customer service is unbelievably bad. We stood there for 10 mins just for the 4 workers to completely ignore us. Then when they finally did acknowledge us, the lady was super rude and completely unhelpful. They didn’t give the guy in front of me his pizza or his change, so they gave him my slice and threw a fit when he asked where his change is. When I payed, they didn’t even hand me my food so we had to reach all the way over the counter to grab it myself. The workers act like you are an inconvenience. Only one girl was doing anything and the rest were standing around and yelling at eachother. I usually love Sbarros and have had good experiences at other locations, but save your time, money, and sanity and don’t come to this one. Manager needs to reevaluate who he hires because this is completely unacceptable, and this isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location. This location should be shut down considering all of the negative reviews.

This is the 3rd time I have came to the mall and at 7:20 your closed.. do you have workers perfectly capable of making a pizza but you’re closed and the time I sat down and ate our other food at least eight more people came up trying to get pizza it’s just bad business/..

My grand daughter and her friend just ate there in 12 Oaks Mall and now they both have hives all over. This place needs to be closed. How can I reattach the regional manager???

Very rude server! Unbelievably rude, like she’s forced to work or she wants the business to fail.I stood by the counter for 10 min just for her to give me a piece of pizza that’s already there and then another 10 min to pay. No one else was there and they were not busy. 2 people weee working and when I asked her after waiting for 10 min that I need to pay she started yelling at me and said that I should wait. I should’ve just left without the pizza for the service. If my kids were not waiting for the pizza and we hungry, I would’ve left

Stopped in for lunch on Thu 12/14/23. The female (black) Super rude, not friendly. I should have looked at the previous reviews about rude
