Mcdonald's - Oak Island

I went to this McDonald 's the other day to get food for my sister and I.... the fries were sooooo salty..... neither one of us could even eat them!!! I ordered us quarter pounder meals... the hamburger was boring and very small.. our fries were squished when I took them out.... and they were only half filled... also... when I went through the drive thru... I paid with a gift card... but I couldn 't remember which gift card I used... so I asked the girl... do I still owe money or does that card have more left? She looked at me as if I were crazy and she said you still owe money... so I said ok... how much? She seemed quite confused... then, after she checked the receipt, she said, Oh this much ... like what?? Why did it take sooooo long to figure it out??Over all.... I hate this McDonald 's and hate the service... the only good thing was my diet coke... seriously.

I ordered food last night , its great experience with them .

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. They make constant mistakes. They owed me a meal and when I got there, they denied having my name down. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional and simply told me no way was I getting it. Avoid at all costs!

Fine store. Parking lot is a disaster tho…potholes for days. Small spots and narrow lanes don’t help.

They didn't add three burgers to our order, I had to go back.
