Large riverfront site. Very clean, quiet and well kept. Sean the host is very prompt regarding reservation requests. He is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and a pleasure to meet. Would highly recommend this camp site if you want a quiet, safe and relaxing stay in a well cared for setting. We look forward to returning again.
My husband and I booked this wonderful campsite and loved everything about it. We didn't want to stay in a regular campground so we found this hidden treasure and love it! It is very private and mostly secluded. Although you can view neighboring homes through the trees, it felt like we had complete privacy. We got to the site and it had plenty of room for our pups to wander and explore. The best part was the firepit by the river and a wonderful set of stairs that leads right to the water. My husband was temped to jump in and swim but the outdoor temperatures were a bit chilly for that. We had everything we needed for a perfect weekend getaway. The dojo (or pavillion) by the water has a picnic table were we cooked our meals with ease. There was also a nice firepit where we roasted marshmallows while watching the sunset. There are no luxuries here and nor did we care for it. We were given access to the restroom and we were very thankful for that. Would definitely recommend to anyone that enjoys primitive camping with amazing views. Our host answered all of my husband's questions very quickly and was very friendly. A huge thanks to Sean for opening up his property to us and for sharing his treasures. Thank you!
