Shí Shì Chǔ Bāng どこ - Ofunato

I visited Hamadoko after a long time on December 8th. I ordered the popular Sanriku Hamadoko set. It was consistently delicious. The scallops in the ramen were huge!

The ramen at Hamadoko Ramen was delicious! It's conveniently located right off the interchange at one of the few roadside stations along the Sanriku Highway, making it a great spot to take a break.

Finally, the restaurant name has been corrected! Since the Sanriku Expressway was built, the parking lot has expanded and a vending machine for fishing bait has been installed. The Iso Ramen is popular and always crowded, but personally, I recommend the Mekabu Don. The Hamachi, which had disappeared for a while, is back and incredibly delicious. The only downside is that the restroom next to the dining area is for one person only. If it's closed, there are plenty of them outside by the Aoisome vending machine, so don't forget. Personally, I find the premium soft serve to be too dry, so the regular one is sufficient. I hope they follow the example of Fukushima's Reizan Ranch soft serve for the premium one. Even with the Sanriku Expressway, this popular road station is supported by locals and well worth a visit for everyone.
