Every Wednesday is dollar burger and every Wednesday at 9 o'clock coffee break the burgers are never ready . They know we are coming but don't have them ready once again we leave without dollar burgers and don't have time to go elsewhere because we wasted our break for Nothing

I came in today around 3 o'clock at Byrne dairy on lenox Ave, and the woman running the register smelled foul and im almost tempted to not ever go there again, I've never smelled that kind of oder in my entire life, I don't understand how someone can live with smelling like that its terrible and something should be done about it, this isn't the first time I came in when she was working and I had to take a double take cause I definitely almost puked it was so bad, they shouldn't have people working there that have bad hygiene like that its disgusting and unacceptable and she needs to be told that its bad and to take a bath, water is free, there's no excuse that a grown woman can't take a shower, to me it's disrespectful to my nostrils

The staff at this restaurant were incredibly rude. I noticed one employee walked out on break, and another coworker became visibly upset about having to stay a few extra minutes before his break, which wasn’t surprising given the long line of 6-7 people. He started swearing at his coworkers, and when he processed my beer order, he didn’t even bother to look at my ID before scanning it. Overall, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had while making a purchase. Although the supervisor was trying to address a register issue, I felt that about 90% of the staff could use some serious retraining. If I behaved like that at my job, I would be told to leave immediately. While I understand it’s just a gas station and I don't expect five-star service, the cashier who assisted me has consistently given me attitude during my previous visits.

I can't thank Byrne Dairy and its employees enough for being open 24/7. They handle some intimidating customers but still prioritize everyone's needs by staying open and reliable. As a retiree, I really appreciate being able to grab my cigarettes as soon as my Social Security check hits my account, even in the early morning hours. Once again, a huge thank you for your service!

The food and staff are usually excellent, but this morning at around 5 AM, I went in for a breakfast burrito, and I regret it. I've been vomiting since 7 AM and can't even keep coffee or water down without getting sick again. In short, I highly advise against getting a burrito from there.
