Chili's Grill - Orange City

The 3 stars is based on the cleanliness of the restaurant. It wasn't nasty, but I almost busted my butt on a greasy slippery floor. Our server was awesome. Very polite and attentive without being annoying. She earned the 22% tip. The food was good. It's not a James Beard quality eatery by any means. For a chain restaurant, it was above average.

Place always seems busy for me outside fast service. We requested to or waitress? Heather to be moved from a table to a booth, wasting no time Heather cleaned off The boost closest to us. Service was impeccable even from the kitchen staff. Very friendly. She took a few minutes out to talk with us. See how we were doing. Heather. Continuing to come by and ask us anything else that we needed which was awesome. First time in a long time I had a great time Order the three for three with unlimited beverages not alcohol tea lemonade water with the brownie dessert, with Browning dessert which we shared $2.75 total two adults one child.$52.00 They have special for $50 gift card which adds $10 extra. Need to get it before doesn't activate until 4 hours. Food was perfect,!

The food was great, the service wasn't but it's whatever. The chick dealing with our order was also tending the bar so I can't really blame her too much because she was super busy. This was on Saturday November 5th, 2022. Maybe the management could work on staffing better. There were a couple servers standing around just chatting and she was deep in the weeds. Get her some help next time!

Pretty gross with food, water and chips all over the floors and under our table. It was probably an off night… but our food took about 40 minutes to get. It was ok on the food and saved a star alongside friendly servers… but all and all I would most likely choose the DeLand Location over this one. Restrooms also messy with splatter on the floors and paper towels all over.

Staff was friendly and professional. Our server Kat was very pleasant to deal with and had a wonderful infectious smile. My Big Bacon Burger was too BIG to hold and very delicious. I had to carve it up. The fries were fantastic.
