Denny's - Orem

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean, prompt, and friendly the service was. Sarah, who I believe is the shift manager, was exceptional, and I will definitely return when I'm in the area. The food was served hot, had a wonderful aroma, and tasted even better.

Our server Sarah was fantastic! She is knowledgeable about the menu and always greets us with a smile. I've visited this restaurant several times, and she's consistently attentive. Our meals arrive quickly and have a comforting, home-cooked feel to them.

I want to express my gratitude for Sarah's outstanding service during our visit to Denny's in Orem at 7 p.m. on March 23rd. She went above and beyond to accommodate our special requests, all while providing friendly and prompt service. Although we didn't stay long due to menu changes, this level of customer service—especially in the current challenging times for the restaurant industry—will definitely bring me back to this location. The rest of the staff were also very polite and friendly, but Sarah truly stood out. Looking forward to my next visit!

The food was delicious! 1/20/22 from 9pm -10pm the waiter was very polite, thoughtful and pleasant! He and the food made everything worthwhile!

Services was a little slow but really liked the food and 9 grain pancakes!
