Contribuisci feedbackYou are not sure what you will get when you order. But more importantly the last two times the lids were not on coffee and my husbands coat is covered and my son burned his hand. The guy saw and heard us and ignored the situation.
Terrible customer service. Ordered a decafe coffee, a green tea, a bagel and 2 farmers wraps. The tea was correct, and the food was correct.The decafe coffee was cold-luke warm. I ordered this through drive-thru, so I had to get out of my car and go inside the restaurant to request a hot decafe coffee.After getting my second decafe coffee, it was still cold-luke warm.I went back into the restaurant and requested a hot decafe coffee, freshly brewed. The staff smiled and laughed. I requested a supervisor, and the staff said the coffee would be ready soon. I requested a manager, and the staff said she's in the back. I asked for the manager to come speak to me. The manager blamed the issues on the coffee machine, but no apologies or refunds or anything was offered. I received my hot coffee after 15 minutes and multiple requests for a proper coffee. Now I'm late for an appointment and have cold food. Terrible Customer Service. The bagel had barely any cream cheese. On tip of this, the app doesn't work when you try to submit a review or comaint on the app.
Consistently poor service. Seem to keep giving them chances and then end up with horrible service and an incorrect order. Don’t think l will be coming back. Can get better service at another Tim Hortons 2 minutes away.
This is my fav timmies joint around oromocto. It's the cleanest of the three... by far. Which is like the only superb thing about it. The food is aight. It's a tim Hortons.BUT, I reccoment at least trying their bagles someday. They're amazing.
For some reason when you order chocolate timbits and pay for them they cannot seem to put them in the bag, we pay for them every time and never get them. Makes no sense at all. Pure
