The establishment is in decline, cutting costs on hot water that should be added to herbal tea! It's a complete mess; they serve herbal tea without any herbs in the pot. When I asked, "Where are the herbs?" the response was, "We're not allowed to include them. We can serve it with herbs, but we won’t refill the water."

The food is decent and the service is good. However, I didn't enjoy celebrating a birthday there. The corkage fee is high, you can't choose your own music, and the suggested playlist is not at all festive.

The coffee served was good, and the staff were attentive.

I decided to treat myself to breakfast at a nearby café this morning. In the end, I wasted 40 minutes of my time that I can never get back. There were two occupied tables and one person waiting for takeout coffee. After 10 minutes, they finally brought the menu, but it took half an hour for them to prepare the Eggs Benedict, which never arrived. They did bring my coffee almost immediately, but when I asked why I was served coffee on an empty stomach without any food, they didn't have an answer. They promised to remake it when my breakfast arrived, but I never got it and ended up having to leave for a place where I could actually get a meal. I rate it a 2 instead of a 1, solely because the waiter was polite.
