Domino's Pizza - Ottawa

Very rude people,got treated like it was my fault their card reader wasn't working, couldn't pay at store had to go back in the parking lot re order my food and pay online, they didn't remake my food they gave me cold food and didn't tell me through text it was ready or nothing like I had opted in for the text alerts!¡!

Does not do as they said. Ordered 3 pizzas and one messed up called 4 times and no corrected one delivered in 5 hours.

This is the third time in a row I’ve ordered for carry out and my pizza is ready 20+ minutes after they say it should be. I get them being a little backed up, but not being able to give me any updates on my order is unacceptable.

It's ok. Can't beat the 5.99 deals. Make sure you add extra sauce or you'll get cheesy bread not pizza ? if ya add extra sauce it's pretty damn good for cheap pizza

Not very happy. Second time I’ve ordered from here and it’s just sad how my food ended up. Pizza barely had any sauce on it and ordered the cinnamon twist and there’s barely any cinnamon. Basically got twisted plain bread.
