Burger King - Oxon Hill

The management is unhelpful and discourteous. While the cashiers were friendly and made an effort to assist me, the management was dismissive and rude.

This place has really gone downhill. I'm not sure if it's new management or a lack of proper training, but my order was wrong so many times that I ended up asking for a refund. It’s unbelievable to see a restaurant staffed with so many employees yet running so unorganized. They were literally asking me and other customers what we had ordered, and no one seemed to have a clue. I won’t be coming back—save yourself the stress and headaches. Even my appetite was affected by the chaos!

I can't recommend the 2-for-$5 helicopters highly enough. They were absolutely delicious, and I truly believe they have the best burgers on this block!

There was a long slow moving line in drive thru, but the sandwich I got was good.

1. Food is always great. No problems 2. Customer service is great 98% of the time 3. They get you in and out very quickly 4. Coupon deals are the best. You get more for the buck
