I recommend calling ahead to confirm that your load is ready before making the trip. On the brighter side, there’s a Pilot convenience store up the road, but it’s best to go before it gets congested.
They run by appointment but a was able to get loaded 4 hours earlier.
Called office and corporate several times. No response. Surprised this place is still open. Extremely unprofessional.
I delivered a tanker of cream to this location, with an appointment time set for 4 AM. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to access the unloading bay until 8 AM. The unloading process was quite slow, as they have small pumps and lines. However, I must commend the unloaders; they were very kind and worked hard. I hope that with the new ownership, improvements will be made to speed up the unloading process!
As for backing up to the door, it can be a bit tight, so just take your time and be cautious. I managed to back in with only two adjustments, and it wasn’t as challenging as I expected. It looks more daunting than it actually is; I’ve encountered much tougher places to maneuver! Additionally, there’s a Pilot at exit 257 if you need to weigh your rig.
