Koi Tea - Stafford

My kids went to koi today, the 15th of September 2024. The young man working should not have been working, nor should he have been working alone. It was it was quite busy and this gentleman was slow to move in servicing the customers. When he made the drinks, they were not in any order. He'd make the drinks, but it was one here one there one everywhere kind of flow. He would not make the drinks per order, needless to say it was a bit chaotic. He also did not understand how to make some of the drinks. He would ask the customer what went in the drink. The two drinks my son received were watered down and lacking in flavor. Needless to say this was a bad experience and I'm not sure I want to go back. Lesson learned I will continue to go to Merge Cafe right up the road.

Drinks are always good, excellent, to be honest. One thing though, I’ve noticed that they are always backed up. Friendly suggestion have at a minimum 2 or 3 individuals working up front. If one takes a break, two will remain, so on and so forth, especially on busy days. Poor girl (pink hair) was doing her best to maintain a positive attitude, but the lack of support just doesn’t help. She was struggling, but she was trying her very best. Good thing the other girl came in after 20 to 30 mins, and at least 7 people were already waiting inside the store. Overall, good spot!

The Taho was soooo good it was perfect the way it was made wish you guys open one here in Chesapeake, Va

Walked into the store at 8:45pm to be told by the two ladies behind the counter that they are no longer serving boba or ice cream past 8:45pm. That’s literally everything on the menu. If you’re not going to be serving anything then why are you still open??? No where on the website stated you guys have a rule that after a certain time, you guys stop serving items. Very disappointing.

$7 for a flavorless tea and boba that tastes like tap water. I’d pass if you’re coming here for tea. Maybe the ice cream rolls are better?
