As a regular customer who frequents this location daily, I have always placed my usual order, which includes ice. However, on multiple occasions, including today, I was told that the store had run out of ice when I requested iced water. I find this hard to believe, especially after witnessing your baristas using ice to prepare other drinks immediately after I made my request. This has happened more than once, and it gives the impression of unprofessionalism and inconsistency in customer service. As a loyal customer, I expect transparency and fair treatment. I hope you can address this issue, as it negatively impacts the store’s reputation and my experience as a customer. I would appreciate a response on how this matter will be handled moving forward. Thank you for your attention to this concern.

The drive thru is pretty quick. Friendly service. There's tables inside for hanging out indoors.
24 min was waiting for my regular coffee ! It’s unacceptable! I was inside of the place and my order being Ignore
I never sat in the Starbucks, but I have noticed people are comfortable. Maybe one day I will take the time to slow down and enjoy my coffee smelling coffee
