Contribuisci feedbackOur entire order was completely messed up. We placed two online orders and both were incorrect. I ordered a large mocha latte but received a medium instead. When I asked for it to be fixed, the staff seemed annoyed. The four Boston creme donuts we ordered were all stuck together in a bag and had no filling - very dry. The second online order was also wrong - we received two mocha lattes instead of a mocha latte and a caramel latte. The items were labeled correctly on the stickers but made incorrectly. Additionally, a plain chocolate donut we ordered turned out to be a cake donut. The Boston creme donut in this order also had no filling. The staff were rude and unresponsive, and the entire experience was a disaster. We will definitely not be returning to this restaurant.
Not only did it take a hot minute for them to take our order but I was charged for 2 larges when that’s not what I asked for and then told I’d have to wait for a refund. Since they took so long to take my order there was now a line out the door for coffee. The first set of frozen mocha coffees were almost black so they remade them and I thought they were fine since they looked right but low and behold they weren’t even coffee it was hot chocolate so we left and now I have to make another stop to get coffee from somewhere else. I’m a regular dunkin customer no matter where we go but this was absolutely ridiculous not worth the wait or money. Do better
I had a bad experience 7/16/22 at this location. If I could give a 0 rating I would. I was visiting Panama City on vacation when me and my family decided to stop at this location for a coffee and a brown sugar brew. First of all the drive thru took too long and then messed my order up twice. I had to drive around to others to get what I wanted. I requested a refund on my card and have not received it as of yet. Tried to call the number at the store and get a recording. What do I do to get my refund? I was very unhappy?
If I could choose the world's slowest dunkin, this would take the cake. several times they have people waiting at the loudspeaker for 10 minutes without saying a single word. customer service or hearing skills are not their strong suit. Moreover, they can't do their things right because they don't listen to a thing they say. make them fall and close this place down or find a personal that actually knows what they do.
This location has gone downhill!! Not only was my bagel burned my sons bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich had no bacon on it.
