Kimono Japanese Steak House - Paragould

This was my first time here...The server either didn't tell the tables sidechef or he didn't care that I had a seafood allergy... needless to say he cooked my steak and the lobster right next to each other... the food is over priced and not very good.. we will never go back Dietary restrictions: do not go here if you have a seafood allergy

I regret stopping here. The steak was too tough for me to eat. When I told the waitress, she said yeah you should have ordered the fillet.

Thomas is so rude to his employees and customers he talks badly to people and treats them like trash! He talks to other employees about other employees! There’s aunts all over where foods made they make the yum yum sauce in trash cans and keep old salads and makes his servers serve them to people! Very disrespectful!!! And he looks in people’s vehicles while they are eating another person and I seen it while we was outside he was smoking and walking around looking in their windows and walking around their vehicles! He also has his servers just keep filling up the yum yum sauce without cleaning the containers he has the servers leave old sauces in containers and he gives them out to customers weather they are old or not. I used to be a server there and know these things about the place. He has his servers just wipe off the silverware if they are dirty and put them in peoples food like there was never nothing on them along with the salad bowls if the dish washer didn’t clean them good he had us just scratch it off till it looked clean!

Our server was aboustly amazing, but the manger or boss or whoever he was was so rude and disrespectful towards his servers when they were doing amazing. He then continued to scream at our sever, i mentioned many times she was great and did an amazing job. and he just kept shaking his head. I’ve heard a lot about how he can’t keep servers because of how rude he is to them. Working with someone like that takes a lot of energy and time. Most of these servers work there butts off and to get screamed at all day long has to be exhausting. When we were ready to go we spilt our bill how we needed to and our server had it spilt correctly. He then continued to re spilt the order and completely mess it up after our sever had it right. Took us at least 15 minutes to get out of there. Food was great, so was our server.

Great food, superb service. What a lovely dinner! I couldn't recommend them more highly.
