Mc Donald's - Parkesburg

I open the app on my handy, that says mcdonald. I put an order for the special of the day 20 pc mcnuggets for 5 together with a medium icy. total 6.99 I use my venmo to pay for it and choose it at the trip thru. I get into the "second window" as instructed and the worker in the window says 1.26 is their balance. the sum is 8.25 ok Now we fight and I show her the sum on my handy and the Venmo calculation. nothing but you owe her. So I'm asking a manager. manager says they owe 1.26 the sum after our computer is 8.25 I'm sorry McDonald's. I can't go to the app. I said the app is also mcdonald. they, the manager, then proceed to cancel the order and tell me that the money is back on my card. Now I think they're giving me a free lunch because of the mistake. No, she said I had to reorder. I spent 10 minutes waiting in the line to come to the second window and fight 10 minutes with them. Now, now I have a headache of the qualm and not eating lunch! I told them something or two and left.

Worst experience ever. Missing food, heard the manager tell the girl “I know I put it in there!” Uh, no, you didn’t. Was missing 3 fries and a sandwich. The other remaining sandwiches were all incorrect, even though their tags were right. Fries weren’t even warm. Will never come back. drive the couple of miles to Gap. Better food and service.

Worst store. always issues. bad management. no consistencies.

This is one of the worst McDonalds I’ve ever gotten food at and it’s been like that for about 10 years. First time I came my friend and I went back to work to find out both of her cheeseburgers were meatless. No burgers on either one with a side of cold, greasy fries. Over the years I’ll pop in because it’s a convenient place and I’ve never been happy so I guess I’m enacting they definition of insanity. Today I go and the lady on the order taking end is extremely nice while I give my order and when I pay. Wow maybe today I’m lucky! Nope!?? The fries were hard and the grease on them was solid from them being so cold. Next I take a sip of sweet tea I’ve been waiting hours to get and it’s thick. How is tea thick?! It tastes like an old tea bag with hardly and sweetness. I’d have believed if I was told it was unsweetened. The only saving grace was the nuggets were so fresh and hot my daughter and I practically fought over them. From now on I’m heading to the one down the road in Gap. I worked there through high school so I know mistakes can be made, but the McDonalds in Parkesburg makes it ridiculous. I feel bad for the good people who work there.

Ordered the J Balvin today which is the Big Mac,no pickles, medium fry and McFlurry. When receiving the meal, she handed me a Big Mac with pickles and a McFlurry, no fries. I explained to the short Spanish girl at the window I didn’t receive my fries. She proceeded to argue with me and tell me there were no fries ordered. I explained I ordered the J Balvin meal. She continued to argue with me that I did not order fries, yelling so, that I had to ask her to speak With a manager. She eventually came back rudely handing me fries telling me she will give them to me for free! Hahaha!!! I paid for them, lady!!!! If you’re going to sell meals please make sure all employees are aware of what it consist of. Also, for them not to stand there and argue with a customer over 1.00 fry!!
