Little Caesars Pizza - Elk Grove

As a Veteran I want to thank everyone there. Got a free pizza and they thanked me for my service.

Bad customer service. Called to order 5 crazy breads but was told they're not taking orders over the phone due to Halloween but first come first serve order on site. Went there and ordered and was told wait is 15-20 mins. 20 mins later, people who orderedafter me got theirs and left and I'm still waiting for my order. At least 5 orders of breads have sold and I'm still waiting. Asked and they're still making and not ready. Didn't get till least 25 mins later. Servers completely ignored me when im tryingto ask when I'm the next order.

Little Ceasars Pizza is ans will be my favorite, unless something better comes together with them, they do not cut back on blows like others, especially my cheese TUMMY!!!

Such a nice area to have such ghetto employees! Extremely unprofessional, personally viewed employees disregard customers and managers who do nothing about their behavior. So sad? Elk Grove, we better get to who we rent! As a customer, we felt super uncomfortable and I definitely notify it to the main coordinate office, hopefully they will help to fix things again! Food was a good customer service was not disappointing. Do not recommend this page!

How do you have nothing hot and ready to advertise at 12:30 in the afternoon? Change it too hot and ready in about 15 min.
