Witnessed the owner yelling at customers and not willing to cook the customers orders because they were confused to how the food court calls food numbers. Instead of explaining the process or cooking the paid meal, he yells across at a elder why he didn’t hear his number called. Buddy, obviously you have customers of all ages and races, to blame a customer for not knowing the ridiculous system is wrong. If you have a problem with customers not understanding it, go to management to come up with a better concept. I personally ordered a fried rice and payed $13 for it. When I got my fried rice, the rice was obviously old sticky rice that has been sitting too long in the warmer. Adding a large amount of black pepper and fish sauce does not hide the awful smell of your almost molded rice. A overly drenched bed of cabbage had no use on the plate. Why embarrass yourself? Don’t order from this mad place. Do the extra drive and head to a different Vietnamese restaurant. Note to owner: If you don’t like the business and are worn out from it, please step down and allow more motivated entrepreneurs to take over. If you have a problem with the customers not understanding the pick up system, go and yell at management instead of taking it out on customers who provides you the privilege to be able to pay your rent.
