I got sick for 2 weeks not sleeping because of their food the place needs more staff that have got better communication skills I bought a pulled pork sub and for 3 mins straight trying to tell them what bread I want communication is bad never used to be like this
They always over charge me. Today was 50 cents. Why
I was so disappointed! The customer service was terrible. There was no warm welcome or inviting atmosphere at all. When I paid, the woman at the counter was too busy chatting with her family to pay attention to me. I ordered and paid for a 6-inch sub with extra chicken strips, but when I got home to eat, there was no chicken on my sandwich at all. What a letdown!
During my visit to the Subway in Plumpton, I encountered rude staff who spent more time talking to each other than paying attention to the customers, including myself. They told me what I could and couldn't have on my sandwich and insisted that it should look like the pictures on their boards. I believe I know what I want on my sandwich, especially since I’m the one paying for it! The food itself was decent, just like any other Subway, as you can't really go wrong with meat, cheese, and salad on bread. However, I won't be returning to this location because of the poor customer service.
