Snappers - Pompano Beach

This is the best spot in North Lauderdale! The food is freshly cooked and served quickly. The service was excellent as well. The fish nuggets were amazing!

While I waited for my food, I witnessed a heartwarming moment. A woman, likely a regular, was trying to pay for her meal but had her credit card declined. As she started to leave, a man—possibly the manager—who was not responsible for her order, stepped in and offered to pay for her meal. I truly admire people with kind hearts who are willing to help others. Best of luck to the business, and may they continue to attract such wonderful people!

It was a bit of a drive to get there, but the service was really friendly. I ordered the lunch special with tilapia, which was fresh, served hot, and came with plenty of sauce—loved it! However, my yellow cake wasn't fresh and had a funny smell, so I didn’t end up eating it.

The food was awful, and after making a genuine effort to address the issue, I quickly discovered that the customer service was even worse. When I informed the staff that the food was inedible, the person at the counter suggested I simply choose something else. I returned to the restaurant with my entire order after realizing that not only was the food not fresh, but it was also poorly prepared and lacked seasoning. I had ordered three different items, and none of them were suitable to eat. The rice was overcooked and mushy, the fish was overboiled and tasted stale, and the shrimp had no flavor whatsoever. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the staff member told me that if I didn't like what I ordered, then maybe I shouldn't order from them again. Disheartened, I left my entire order on the counter.

Was there 25. June 2022. This place is a little jewel. I got them 2:30. In time for their lunch specialties that end at 3:00. Great price. They'll sit if you want to dive. There are many cars on the drive thru. Very busy. During the time I wait for my food. I've seen a very nice gesture. A woman probably her regular . Try to pay for her food with a rejected credit card. So she starts to go. Long story short. The man could be a manager who isn't responsible for her food. Maybe he'll pay for her. I like people with a friendly heart and help what they can. Good luck with the business. For you to rent such good people?
