McDonald's - Port Elgin

I have a hankering for a junior cheeseburger, yes I said hankering, so decided to look for a house not too far from port elgin would stop again at the worst micky D’s on the planet on the planet to stop yet again, well they seem never to miss...at bad service, again with make them repeat what they want because they do not hear, but are not even politely getting it in

Burnt coffee, old meat patties and cold extra salty pommes. only wow it must not be a manager who performs quality control. this is not right, the hired get top dollars to serve crappy now. that was a good place to eat. 2 years ago, but now it is sub par even for fast eating.

Another place with workers who do not seem to eat their or to hear, which seems understated and fat, and a long line as it is always busy, not my favorite place, but hey they decide cheers

I tried to visit this restaurant every day, but they only had their lemon cranberry muffins available one or two days a week. I called multiple times to inquire, but no one answered the phone. When I asked in person, I was told they were too busy to answer calls. I was unsure of their baking schedule for the muffins. Despite the poor customer service, I finally tried the muffins at the farmers market and they were excellent. I used to enjoy McDonald's muffins, but they don't seem to be concerned about my business. It seems like the staff is unaware that customers are the ones who pay their salaries.

Every time I visit this restaurant, it appears that they always forget something from my order. The drive-thru line is always long because every customer double-checks their order and often has to request missing items. Port Elgin McDonald's, please improve your service!
