Beer Cocktail Co. - Portimão

We've been coming to Beer Co each year since they opened. Originally Luis was the bartender and was always very friendly and welcoming. He left after 2-3 years and other people have come and gone, but they've always been friendly. We like to sit at the bar and chat with the bartender. This year the first evening we went in, the bartender was friendly. However, the 2nd evening we went in the bartender and one of the waiters asked us to sit at a table instead of at the bar! It was like we were an inconvenience for them. When we said we like sitting at the bar, it didn't seem to matter. Guess the friendly customer service we enjoyed has gone, and so have we! Too bad.

Absolute rip off! €20 for a double gin and tonic. My daughter made the mistake of ordering a double, not realising they are larger measures, when we questioned the price, we were told that you get charged for what you ask for. Avoid.

We were served by the employee 'Zé ' who, instead of confirming the order, decided to bring the most expensive drink. And after admitting that he hadn 't heard, he still said that now there is nothing to do and that we have to pay. Basic amateur that i was not expecting.

This place has a great vibe, friendly staff. The burgers are some of the best to be had.

What a bar! Very good beer, amazing people, very kind waiter. A perfect place!
