Domino's Pizza - Portland

The food is tasty. However, it's surprising how many customers verbally mistreat the staff here. The negative reviews often seem to omit important details, presenting a one-sided narrative. Welcome to downtown!

I ordered online and had to wait a bit, but the pizza was ready and cut exactly as I requested. The prices are very reasonable, and in my opinion, the pizza tastes great. For just a little more than the $6 pizza places, I definitely prefer Domino's. They also offer a wider variety of options!

People often forget that restaurant staff are just humans and that mistakes can happen. I placed an order and received the wrong item, but it was quickly resolved after I called the restaurant. The delivery driver was polite, and the manager I spoke to on the phone was incredibly understanding. She offered to send out the correct dish and even asked if I needed anything else. Honestly, I was just relieved to have it sorted out so easily, and they even followed up with an email offering me 20 percent off my next order. Thank you for ensuring I didn’t have to cook tonight!
