In a position to manage their customers allowed me to wait 30 minutes to get my order. Two employees spent all the time on a customer, while other customers went on and off before they were supported.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a sandwich that was delivered to my office and the roll was stale. I phoned to get a credit and was told I had to bring the sandwich back for credit! Will never order from K&D again.

I was extremely dissatisfied with my visit to this restaurant. My order was incorrect twice, the establishment was unclean, and the servers' uniforms were dirty. I would not have paid if I had not done so before receiving my meal.

The new owner has increased the prices significantly, now charging over $7 for a turkey and cheese sandwich that only has 1 slice of turkey and 1 egg. The eggs are also too dry.
