I really enjoy dining here! The food is fantastic, and I absolutely love their burritos and tacos de asada. However, I've noticed that whenever I visit in the afternoon, the staff in the kitchen often mess up my orders. I request no salsa, and it still gets added. I ask for cebollas asadas and repollo, and they frequently forget. When I go back to ask for these items, they seem annoyed, as if I'm bothering them while they're chatting. I try to remain polite because I understand the challenges of working with people, but it would be nice if they could show a little more consideration and be more helpful. I love the food, but I might just come by less frequently in the future because, while it's delicious, the frustration isn't worth it.

I had a very disappointing experience with the service at this restaurant. I ordered fried roast, but instead, they served everything mixed together. I mentioned that my children wouldn't eat it like that. I've been a customer for nearly four years and have been ordering the fried option for two years, always requesting that the vegetables and sauces be separated. In the past, they’ve always included melted grilled cheese, but this time I was shocked to receive nacho cheese instead. When I expressed my concerns, they said that I should have specified how I wanted it and that they couldn’t change the dishes or refund me. At no point did I ask for my money back, but the worker's attitude was confrontational. When I mentioned that my husband is a regular customer, they dismissed it, saying they had never seen him buy there. I always order meats, cheese, and fried food for my kids from them, and today’s meal was unacceptable. My children don’t like food mixed together, especially with nacho cheese and excessive guacamole. The owner really needs to pay attention to their staff. I acknowledge that I should have requested the items separately, but they have always provided them that way in aluminum containers before. The worker simply replied that this is how it appears on the computer, which I found unsatisfactory.
