Explored this precious little town on a beautiful day in late November when it was quiet and Undisturbed. Very few places open due to off season and COVID. Take your breath away gorgeous view overlooking an agriculturally based valley. Tiny place with a welcoming vibe. Food was prepared local style and included pork cheek and a hearty stew with hearty bread. Despite lots of negative reviews it was, for us, a great experience in one of my fave places in Portugal.

A great choice for a casual lunch. It must be remembered that it is called a "cafe/restaurant so do not expect huite- cuisine but friendly and helpful service with good food. View is unbeatable!
