Arby's - Rochester Hills

Overall, not bad, but sometimes the food is not hot which we would prefer.But overall I have a very nice experience

This location has gone down hillWe have lived in the Rochester area for 40+ yearsMy brother and I would go here before a movie or somethingLobby was closed 1 pm , got our order wrong in the drive thru and when I told them it was wrong the person looked at me like I was an idiot. Needless to say we are no longer going to that location again

This one has gone downhill from last year. We ordered 2 classic Roast Beef meals and they only gave us the sandwiches, And one drink and couldn't remedy the situation on the spot ignoring us completely at the drive through. At least they didn't charge us for the meals just for what they gave us.

If I could rate all of the food, service and atmosphere a negative 100 I would. The customer service was horrible very rude, the food had mold on it (see picture) and fries and jalapeño bites were cold! I don’t wouldn’t even send my worst enemy there!!! The lights at the front counter were so dim no wonder why they probably could see what they were making! And when I when back up there to let them know and speak to a manger the man manger had long hair and didn’t even have a hairnet on when he was remaking it!

I loved this arbys, but I don't want this place to go down hill. I enjoy the sides and usually get mozzarella sticks and curly fries. The last three times I went around 10pm and my food was not made when I ordered. It was fast but not fresh. It was really disappointing. I'll give the Arby's more chances and I hope my mozzarella sticks are made fresh and hot :
