Contribuisci feedbackI went with my son and watched the staff drop a footlong bread on the floor, look around, decided to pick it up and put back with the fresh bread. I spoke up and he awkwardly decided to throw it out. Not recommended to say the least.

Subway trying to cheat customers with their 6inch bread and sandwiche. How much are you guys really saving?
My experiences at Subway have consistently left much to be desired. Despite giving it multiple tries for the sake of convenience, each visit has ended in disappointment.Firstly, their curbside pickup service is virtually non-existent as the staff never bring the food out, regardless of how long one waits. This lack of attention to customer service is disheartening.Furthermore, the employees often appear miserable and unapproachable, which creates a negative atmosphere. The ingredients also seem to be past their prime, and requesting condiments like mayonnaise or mustard often results in an excessive and messy application.Overall, it's a disappointment, and I find myself preferring to drive to the other side of Rockwall for better options. It's unfortunate that Subway falls short in comparison to its competitors in the area.
The absolute worst customer service i think i've ever had. Lady at the register completely ignored me when i walked in before walking to the back for several minutes before anyone even came out to help. The guy who made my sandwich was rude as all can be. Definitely shouldn't be working customer service!
