7-eleven - Romeoville

It's unfortunate that this 7/11 is closed, as the village of Romeoville seems unwilling to support its repairs. Whether it's the owner's responsibility or not, this 7/11 is the only convenient store within miles that offers fresh food, maintains cleanliness, and has a friendly staff. The village of Romeoville should do what it can to help keep this business running. Otherwise, we risk becoming just another version of Joliet, filled with nothing but liquor stores on every corner. Ever since I was six years old, I've noticed that the local police station resembles a house, yet the town can't even afford to fix a pipe for a small business. It's a real shame.
