Redbox - Roseville

I think its under new ownership/management now cause I stop in all the time and haven´t seen the old staff in a while. Its more like a neighborhood store. And I get that it´s just a 711 but its really gone bad. There are junkies and homeless hanging around again. The old staff did their best keeping them away. Now there are literal USED NEEDLES in the parking lot. Its horrible.

This store is manned entirely by non English speaking rude people. The store is always filthy. The hot food they do manage to prepare is never fresh. They keep stock on the floor instead of in the back where it belongs probably because they have someone living in the back. Customer service they have no clue so don't expect any.

The man at the register is really nice , the place is clean and had everything I wanted.:

Consistently short change you if you pay cash; and despite being a 24/7 WORLDWIDE, these guys will randomly chose to close for 4 to 5 hour spans. The guys working here are really hit or miss, they can be cool as hell, or just complete pricks, but I'll say it errs on the side of being agreeable. I'm not going to get into the customers, just know there's a homeless shelter around the corner. I've seen worse 7-Elevens, but usually in the hood of a large city, not in a quaint town like Roseville.

The coffee game here sucks. Went in at about 8:30an, three pots and only one labeled with anything in it. Only small cups provided. Big Bite game sucks too!! Always old and dried out.
