Cava - Roswell

I went to get a bowl and they didn’t have many of the protein ingredients and they charged me extra for the only red meat option they had available and they gave me a rat’s portion on top of that! They also didn’t have avocados! I’m not sure why they opened today. Definitely not coming to any of Cava locations again!

First time there and the young man behind the counter was fabulous and guiding me to choices. I did order a pizza that I would recommend ordering a bowl from now on. ? It got messy for sure!I did order the lamb , but when I got home to eat it , something was funkyI opened it up and scraped off all the condiments thinking one of them might have been to blame but I think it was the lamb itself. It didn't taste bad enough to not eat it however!! I wasn't worried about food safe here anything I think it was just A little bit strange from my taste and normally I love any kind of lamb or mediterranean food.I'll be back! Staff could be doing a better job at making sure the trash is emptied and cleared out.

Came in with ZERO knowledge/idea of what I wanted and with some of the best customer service and patience I was able to make a fantastic meal that I’ll definitely be getting time and time again.

This is without a doubt some of the best customer service I have ever received in my life, everyone was so attentive and respectful. This was a dining experience I would never have expected but will absolutely never
