KFC - Rouyn-Noranda

The employees at this restaurant in a 95% French-speaking area do not speak French. We ordered the original coleslaw, but were disappointed with what we received after driving 1.5 hours home. The chicken pieces were inconsistent in their frying, with some being very dark while others were bright. The chicken breast was cut in half, counting as two pieces instead of one. There were no pieces larger than a wing, and only one stick included. The bottom of the container had a wet towel and a layer of fat. The coleslaw was not the original green KFC coleslaw, but rather white with large hollow pieces. When we tried to complain to KFC, we found that their website does not allow for complaints to be sent. It seems that the KFC in Val d’Or serves raw chicken while the one in Rouyn-Noranda does not.
