It's bad enough to play $6 plus for a cup of coffee and wait in the ridiculously long lines but then when you drive off and realize you got the wrong order and have to wait in line for a second time, and then on top of that they simply offered to give you what has been sitting on the counter with the foam dissolving and everything else that's a bit lame. You guys need to do better.

The staff was nice and had a good experience with them. I normally get coffee at Starbucks because I love their coffee however it would be nice since you pay a pretty penny for a coffee that Starbucks invests in higher quality cups and lids. Got an iced coffee, didn't even grab it by the lid, it was halfway gone and the lid popped off and drenched me in coffee. Treat your customers who pay good money for your coffee with decent cups and lids.
