Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I had the Southern fried chicken. It was the best fried chicken I've ever eaten. I'm 59 years old. The Frackville Pennsylvania location always has great food and service.

Our server was a caring young lady who strived to ensure that our order was correct and we had everything we needed. We thank her. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was pleasant. Alexis G. you are the best!

I love the menu changes and the addition of some mimosas and bloody Marys for breakfast. However let's use some damn common sense cracker barrel. Is it too much to train servers to distinguish whether a 50 year old with a full gray beard is old enough for a bloody Mary isn't that difficult. I was a bartender and doorman at the age of 18. It's pretty simple folks. People who LOOK LIKE children get ID checked. A 50 year man with his wife and ADULT children of their own at breakfast getting carded is absurd. I don't care what your policy is. It is dumb. I would have spent another $20 on drinks but you want me to run to my vehicle for my id to get a drink is just plain asinine.

Beautiful country style place! It is charming! Plenty of room for RVs! Relatively quiet...highway noise in the background...
