I said the wait was 45 minutes for a table, so we went to red lobster. I tried to take my wife on a date here for 3 months, 3 attempts now and finally abandoned. The old white people who visited this place, how customers treat it like a gang hangout. There is no room in the bar unless they know you.
To have a service, we had to literally call/call the water boy to call the waiter. We also arrived with a baby and the high chair given us was covered with food from the last time he was used. We had to ask them if they could clean it like a strange concept. Food: 3/5
I went to 3/5/2023 with my teenage daughter and two younger children. The place was packed, we were not greeted when we entered, I had to get the bus down to find the host. The host went around the crowded restaurant and said it was about 10 minutes. We were ready to wait, I was in my 2 year. I sat my 2 years old at the Sushi Bar to adjust his clothes. And the bus came to me immediately and said that she didn't clean this particular area, almost implied that I couldn't sit there. She said it was good when I was adjusting my sons. She said oh okay and left. I wait further and another family of 4 went into (white family, teenage children), they asked me politely if I had seen that I let them know that I was waiting for place. They had to wait to approach or to be welcomed, as no one was at the door. but the same buser Hazel came out brushed past me and said “for 4” to the family and immediately she sat down. At the same time, this happened that the host came back to put us and when she went to the opposite side, she continued to say that our table was not ready and we could not sit bc the server had a larger order to take. I brought up the fact that the other party of 4 came in and sat immediately. To whom she said they must have reservations, but they did not give a name or other information when they went in. At this point I am immediately annoyed and decided that I will not be served in a facility where the staff don't want to serve me. I take my children to the car and go back to collect their names, and what point the host tries to say, she table is ready and that it is just and misunderstanding. I don't like screaming racism, but the fact that in black hazel is a young white girl, and the family that came after us is telling me a lot.
That was me and my mom's first experience in this place where we ate some sushi. When we came in, there was no one in the area to sit down, so we waited, and the workers continued to go by, and my mother began to look, all the snoring, that we are seen. A certain lady went as a buster called Hazel we finally caught the attention of the server that tells us we had to wait for 10-15, we said okay and wait. Then a Caucasian family enters. You ask me and my mother, you wait for us to say yes. Then hazelnut walks went over again and says for 4? to the family and put them immediately. Then Ms lure back and tells us that we follow her and there is no table waiting for us. She looks confused and she talks about it with her superior, and he comes to us and says that he can't sit us and all the other stuff and we'll take the family to us and they say they had a reserve. What we all know is not true. So we have to wait again and at this point we have lost our appetite. Miyagi Your workers Lauren and Hazel have lost some costumes today and I believe that this situation questions these ladies' minds
My family and I have been going here for over 20 years. We love everything on the menu and enjoy seeing everyone from the neighborhood. It's a real community place! The waiters always remember us and our orders. It is everyone's first meal home and last meal before we leave.
